A Law Firm Built On Compassion And Dedication
When I established We Care Legal, PLLC, I chose a name that reflects the firm’s values. I truly care about helping you in your time of need. I offer trusted, dedicated legal services in a wide range of workers’ compensation cases and personal injury matters. When you seek help from my firm, you will never be treated as just a number. You can count on caring support that reflects a fundamental truth: you matter here.
Diverse Experience, Focused Mission
I am a 2006 graduate of Willamette University School of Law. I moved to Spokane in 2011 because I felt like the workers were not properly represented against their employers and oftentimes would get pushed aside. I worked in general practice firm for 11 years, representing employers in workers’ compensation cases and served at a general practice firm. Due to the divergent practices I believed I needed to go on my own to better focus on my workers compensation clients. I now harness this diverse experience in my mission of standing up for the rights of injured workers and other injury victims. Learn more about my background by viewing the profile below.
Since 2011, I’ve called the Spokane area home. I’m a proud husband of over two decades and father to six wonderful kids.
As the Office Manager of our firm, I help keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. At the office, I’m known for my love of spreadsheets and attention to detail. I work hard to make sure everything is in order behind the scenes, so that our team can focus on serving our clients. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, and practicing hand lettering/calligraphy.

I love starting my day with a good cup of coffee. Staying active is a big part of my life too. I love working out and playing volleyball. I really enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, valuing connection and community in both my personal and professional life. Although I never anticipated a career in the legal field, my lifelong passion for helping others naturally led me to this path. I take pride in being part of a team that truly goes above and beyond for those who serve.

My name is Sherries Anderson. I am a paralegal with We Care Legal LLC. Here, we strive to bring compassionate
understanding and diligence to your claim.
A little more about me,
I am a mom to a wonderful little boy and a daughter to a mother with disabilities. I have experience with medical billing and medical office administration. Previously, I spent time in the limelight of our Spokane County District Court as a Judicial Secretary. Here, I served our elected judges and helped justice reach under-represented members in our community. Currently, I enjoy using my combined medical and legal experience to delegate in the world of Workmen’s Compensation.
Outside of work, my son and I enjoy Spokane’s local hiking trails, art, poetry, and reading a good long book. Along with this, I am a proud baker and cook. My spare time is devoted to my family and continuing to expand my understanding of the world around us.
Thank you for choosing We Care Legal. We are here to serve you.

The legal system and seeking justice have always been something I am incredibly passionate about, which came in handy when I sought out legal advice for my two WA State LNI claims. I was given my start, in law, by being in your shoes, the claimant. I was confused, angry, invalidated, exhausted, in chronic consistent agonizing pain, and in significant financial strife. The rollercoaster of this process impacted my social circle and my life as I knew it had essentially dissolved as I wasn’t able to work or fend for myself throughout 4 surgeries complicating my claim. I had to find a way out of this cycle and was blessed in finding Drew and We Care Legal. In advocating for myself I have gained an edge in understanding how this system works and how I can better fight for myself and for you. Throughout this process I was given the opportunity and gift to sharpen my existing communication and relational skills, my ability to recognize patterns, how to effectively ask questions, how to analyze and interpret medical documentation, how to build and lead a team and how to advocate while being compassionate and considerate. I am very direct and results driven. It is a pleasure and a gift to have the ability to help serve others who are walking on a scary lonely path that I have traveled many a times.
-Haley Hammond
I have a solid foundation and unwavering commitment to our legal team, cultivated during my service with the United States Marine Corps. After successfully completing that distinguished service, I relocated from Colorado to Washington State to pursue my career in law at Gonzaga University. I started with We Care Legal as a dedicated law clerk and can now proudly state I am a licensed Attorney in WA State. I enjoy case research and preparation as I am incredibly meticulous and result driven in my approach to every legal challenge I face. When I am not in the office I take full advantage of the Pacific Northwest Lifestyle. I can be found exploring the region’s diverse terrain hiking, camping, snowboarding, and overall adventuring with my wife and my 2 dogs.
